Membership: Lorna Freeze maintains the Directory/Roster with names, contact info, emails; Cecille Hill (Treasurer) reports to Lorna who has paid their annual dues. Club activities generally entail: Five times a year regular meetings start at 6:30 pm with Social Time, where members chat, have refreshments, bring items to give away or sell/buy, sign up for door prizes, and buy raffle tickets. Meetings begin at 7:00 pm with business, Show & Tell, meet/greet guests, door prize drawings, and charity raffle. After break, is the Program portion, which varies. It can be a Make-n-Take; or display-making demo; guest speaker; sharing of other collections; or games like Dept56 Wheel of Fortune, etc. The May meeting starts earlier with is a Potluck, and at the meeting we vote on which local charity will be the recipient of this year's donation. For 30 years we put on a lavish Dickens Tea, our annual fundraiser to earn money to donate to a local charity. We have an annual Summer Picnic at a member's home, as well as Tour of Homes in the Fall (Halloween) and Christmas holidays (in January).
